KIKUSH CBD

Legal notice, privacy and terms of sale

Part 2 · General terms of sale

1. Retail packing, distribution and product origin

KIKUSH CBD acts as the retail packer and distributor of the products displayed on this website.

  • According to KIKUSH CBD, botanical raw materials are purchased from third-party producers, manufacturers and wholesalers duly authorised within the EU legal framework, with THC content below 0.3%. This threshold does not replace product-specific legal requirements.
  • KIKUSH CBD portions, packs and seals the products in its own containers without changing the original chemical composition, nature or botanical properties of the raw materials.

2. Certificates of analysis (COA)

KIKUSH CBD states that all products have a technical analysis certificate issued by an accredited laboratory confirming THC levels below 0.3%. Certificates are available to customers and competent authorities at physical shops and on request at kikush.production@gmail.com.

3. Distributor responsibility and destination rules

  • Manufacturers and wholesalers are responsible for their own obligations regarding the origin and initial composition of raw materials. KIKUSH CBD guarantees packaging integrity and the absence of adulteration or added substances during packing. This allocation does not remove KIKUSH CBD’s obligations to consumers as the seller.
  • Shipping is limited to destinations available at checkout and legally permitted for the selected products. Buyers should check restrictions in their destination country. Any detention or other incident is handled under applicable law without excluding mandatory consumer rights.

4. Purchasing, prices and shipping charges

  • Displayed prices include applicable taxes (VAT in Spain). Shipping charges and the total are shown before completing the purchase. Customers review their cart, enter their details, select an available fulfilment option and pay through the indicated payment provider. Confirmation and tracking are provided by email.
  • KIKUSH CBD may reject orders showing inconsistencies or signs of fraud or failure to meet the age requirement. Customers are informed, and any payment already collected for an order that will not be fulfilled is refunded.

5. Shipping and delivery

Products are delivered by postal services or carriers to the address or collection point selected by the buyer. Options, available destinations, charges and delivery information are shown during checkout.

Estimated delivery times are indicative, subject to the agreed deadline and the seller’s legal obligations. Customers can contact KIKUSH CBD about delays or incidents. A carrier’s involvement or a force majeure event does not in itself remove statutory consumer rights.

6. Guarantees, withdrawal and returns

Customers have 14 calendar days from receipt to notify withdrawal without giving a reason, by an unequivocal statement to kikush.production@gmail.com or the business address above, identifying the order and products to return. Goods must be returned within 14 days of notification. Customers bear direct return costs unless KIKUSH CBD agrees otherwise or the return concerns non-conforming goods.

Refunds include the products and applicable standard delivery charges, excluding any extra cost for a more expensive delivery option chosen by the customer. Refunds use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, within 14 days of withdrawal notification. They may be withheld until the goods or proof of return are received, unless KIKUSH CBD has offered to collect them.

The health or hygiene exception applies only to sealed goods unsuitable for return for those reasons and unsealed after delivery, where the legal requirements of Article 103 of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 are met. Opening packaging does not automatically remove withdrawal rights for every product. Rights concerning faulty or non-conforming goods and statutory guarantees remain applicable.

7. Applicable law, disputes and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish and European law without depriving consumers of any applicable mandatory protections. Disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the courts competent under consumer protection rules.

Complaints should first be sent to kikush.production@gmail.com. The former European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform closed on 20 July 2025 following Regulation (EU) 2024/3228. The link below provides the European Commission’s current consumer dispute resolution information; it does not imply that KIKUSH CBD belongs to any particular dispute resolution scheme.
